I bought an EV charger in October 2025 and from start to finish, Mark an his Team was a delight to deal with. From order to installing was 5 working days and Cameron who did the installation was both professional and conscientious. He cleaned everything away and the Garage was spotless. Contacted Solar Plus along with 3 other potential installers looking at a combined 6kW and Battery system for an old Victorian house. Dealings with Mark showed him to be very friendly, knowledgeable and driven and over the course of discussing our requirements and reworking the designs the team came twice to assess the house. With an old house roof I was very reassured that age/ difficulty of access and securing the slate were part of their assessment process and decided to go with Mark and the team. Couldn't have been happier with the decision- installation team of Callum, George & Jack were all great guys to have at the house and took late design changes and challenges that the house threw at them in their stride- with the difficulties install took longer than predicted but was all handled by solar plus without complaint. Mark was always available throughout and onsite himself at several points. Approach was definitely to advise and there was no hard sell of any product- am delighted with the system we've got and the service we've had from solar plus and would (and have) recommend(ed) them to others. Mark, Callum and the team are very friendly, helpful and do an excellent job on fault diagnosis and installation. When talking through requirements there is no high pressure sales pitch, just an honest assessment of what is required to provide the best solution, whether that be based on price or performance, supported by many years experience and a deep technical knowledge of the products they offer. They are not tied to manufacturers, so are able to offer whole of market solutions to meet your needs. The work on site is done efficiently, with minimal disruption and left safe and tidy at the end of each day. I was very happy with the price quoted and would recommend these guys without hesitation.
