From making an appointment with CGE Yorkshire Ltd for a quote until finishing the installation of my air source heat pump I could not fault them. They arrived when they said they would and explained everything they were doing. I held them up a couple of times because my own electrician had failed to read what he was supposed to provide for CGE to proceed with the installation. They were very obliging and rescheduled quickly when I was ready for them again.
Had a heat pump fitted and all of our radiators replaced by CGE. They were friendly, professional and helpful throughout the whole process, from the initial quote through to installation. We initially chose CGE as they had been recommended by several family members. They were also extremely quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. Would definitely recommend CGE to anyone looking to have similar work completed.
After years of struggling with our old heating system we decided to bite the bullet & have a new ASHP fitted. We are so glad we went with cge yorkshire. They were first class, making the whole process seamless from beginning to the end. Communication from their office was always clear & timely & the engineers on site were amazing. We cannot recommend highly enough!
The process of installing an air source heat pump to the property was not disruptive and the men doing the work were hardworking, pleasant and informative. We are delighted with the air source heat pump as it provides just the right temperature throughout the property and easy to control.
