We chose a Heron PV/battery installation following a poor customer service experience with Octopus. Heron were a breath of fresh air.... any queries answered in minutes. When the installation was undertaken the workmanship was excellent and the after-sales help was spot-on.
Edit The company got in touch and pointed out I had made a mistake. A same named company, similar logo and same coloured van, was responsible. This is my error, apologies.
I’ve got my solar panel and powerwall installed by them via Egg Solar. Very professional, great communication throughout the installation, solid and clean work.
The whole process from initial enquiry to completion was handled very efficiently by the team at Wetherby. Booked dates for the process were adhered to. Karl and Jo did the work over 2 days and all went to plan. They worked very well together and there was no disruption to our routine. I would thoroughly recommend Heron Electrical to anyone contemplating solar panels and associated kit.
