I recently had an engineer service my airforce heat pump heating system. Everything from initial contact with Inafix, to service completion was prompt, professional and helpful. Best service I have had for any house maintenance for a long time. So many are patronising, don't want your business and want you to go away. Infix are so refreshing and seem to genuinely care about delivering good service. I would highly recommend this company.

Our heat pump was installed by another company and has presented us with a lot of problems. The old company was not helpful so in desperation we called Inafix. Not only did they take us on (which is rare when a company did not install the heat pump) they came out within 24 hours of my call and the wonderful Tom fixed the heat pump. We found Inafix helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. They have provided us with clear information, costings and options to bring our heat pump back to compliance. Needless to say we are staying with them and can honestly recommend them.

From Charlotte in the showroom to the installers and the electrician everyone was very professional and made the whole process very stress free. The a/c instillation was well-managed and discussed with us throughout the day of fitting. Cabling and pipework was very neat and tidy. Quotation spec was comprehensive but not too technical and final invoice/warranty was well documented. Everything was fantastic. Give them all a raise!

Good to support local and reliable organisations. Time to suit us. Price suited us. Tom was very customer oriented and told us everything he was going to do, what he did and any issues identified. Knowledgeable and professional whilst maintaining friendly persona.

Rob, Adam and the team at Inafix are a very knowledgeable and professional outfit . They did a thorough appraisal of our 1970s bungalow with a view to installing an Air Source Heat pump. We discussed location of the ASHP, the heated water tank and all the other items required. They took on board our requests for siting the products and discussed the advantages and disadvantages of various aspects of the installation until we were completely happy and comfortable with what they were providing. It felt like the installation was very much tailored to us and the house rather than a “ one size fits all “ proposed by other companies. The competitive quotation was comprehensive and included data sheets on the products proposed and any queries were dealt with promptly. We also wanted to integrate our Eddi solar power diverter as part of the solution which was a bit more complicated than we thought but again was sorted efficiently. We’ve been really happy and toasty warm all winter. The team were happy to come back and do some further tweaking of the system once we’d lived with it for a while, this ongoing support is really important to us. We’d highly recommend Inafix as solution based company with lovely people.

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
