Similar to the previous review, seriously let down by the original installer of my heat pump and without hot water and heating for several days. Eventually found Pegasus and contacted Craig who came and sorted out the problem without delay. Craig has a focussed, no-nonsense approach, is knowledgeable about his area, professional in his attitude, and helpful in understanding and addressing the needs of a residential heat pump user.

After our existing Heat Pump failing and being let down by several other heat pump engineers, it was refreshing to get hold of Craig, they came out quickly, and when we made a decision to replace the unit, they called, came out, delivered and installed a new heat pump, when the said they would. However follow up services woeful did not register heat pump with LG and voided 7 year warranty not good
