Absolutely awful, don't answer the phone, shoddy work, sends gas engineer to an oil boiler.

Had my annual boiler service booked in yesterday with this company via YourRepair. Never received any communication from this company directly before or on the day of the service, and in the end no one turned up. My girlfriend, whom is medicated for anxiety, had to stay inside panicking all day thinking about something that in the end never materialized and may now have to go through again. I've contacted YourRepair to vet this company and to reschedule the service with an actual reputable company otherwise I will be cancelling the cover with them. I'm sure they won't be too pleased to hear that and that will leave two disgruntled customers.

Czekałem na umówioną wizytę od 8 rano do 13. Nikt się nie pojawił, nikt nie zadzwonił. Po moim telefonie jakąś kobieta stwierdziła że inżynier był u mnie i do mnie dzwonił, co jest perfidnym kłamstwem. Przed wizytą dostałem email, trzy wiadomości z przypomnieniem o zblizającej się wizycie, ale o tym że nikt nie przyjdzie zapomnieli mnie powiadomić. Wziąłem specjalnie wolne w pracy, straciłem pieniądze i mój cenny czas. Traktowanie klientów poniżej krytyki.

After using Phoenix Gas Services for over twelve years, following a boiler installation, I was very dissapointed with my last 'emergency' call out, the engineer did not do any testing of the sensor problem, tinkered about, the boiler only worked for another three days, after not being able to get through to Phoenix by phone as I got cut off three times, I called another company who did proper testing and changed the faulty sensor. This is how this company treats 80 year olds!!! Totally feel my high call out fee paid to Phoenix was a complete waste and I will never use the company again.😡😡
