Engineers are good, knowledgeable and helpful. Customer service are unhelpful, dreadful, never call you back or actually log your service plan etc. Had to prove that i had a plan and had already paid them. Won't be renewing my service plan next year.

Absolutely god awful service as a contractor for housing. Apparently emergency response means ignore all day, lie about calling and possibly come out the next day. Crippling anxiety certified.
