Felix was so brilliant and my family and I were hugely appreciative of his help! With a small baby in the house, we needed an immediate fix for our issue for peace of mind, and Felix absolutely delivered, kindly flexing his schedule to get us a solution as soon as possible. He was also extremely mindful of the baby's nap-time, working quietly so as not to disrupt baby's sleep, which was so thoughtful! We will definitely use Polkadot again and we are so grateful to Felix for his professionalism, tidiness, and friendly attitude.

I would highly recommend Polkadot. They were excellent from start to finish. Our boiler broke down in January, which was far from ideal, but they arranged an appointment very quickly to install a new boiler and carry out a full system power flush. Every member of staff we dealt with was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Pricing seemed reasonable, and we paid what was initially quoted. An outstanding service all round.

Excellent service from start to finish! From speaking to Becky, who promptly arranged for Jon and Nick to visit, inspect, quote, and replace my toilet, everything was handled brilliantly. They were polite, tidy, and incredibly friendly throughout. It’s very rare to find Plumbers who work so well with older properties. Becky even stopped by to make sure everything was running smoothly, asked if she could take a few photos of the ongoing work for their social media and even gave our dog a little walk, such a lovely personal touch! We’ve used Polkadot for many years, and they always show true value to their company. professional, efficient and never wasting time. They’re consistently reliable and I am excited to recommend them. What a 10/10 team!
