A few weeks ago, Premier Heating was one of three heating companies from whom we had sought quotations for carrying out a power flush on our heating system. Shortly afterwards we returned from holiday to find that the heating system had shut down as a circuit breaker had tripped. We called out BG to assist us and they told us to call a plumber (!) for which advice they charged us £100. We telephoned Matt of Premier Heating who had just finished a job and came straight around. He found that an air release valve had been dripping onto the boiler fan so he entered the loft space, crawled across the fibreglass lagging and closed the valve. Unfortunately, the fan on which water had dripped had stopped working. They booked us in to have the valve and fan replaced, and because of their willingness to help us so cheerfully and speedily we asked them to also carry out the power flush. That has now been carried out to our satisfaction. We would wholeheartedly recommend Premier Heating.

I honestly couldn’t recommend this family-run business highly enough. I recently had some work carried out on my boiler and was so impressed with the whole experience from start to finish. The work was carried out to a really high standard, but what stood out to me just as much was how reliable, friendly and professional the guys were. They kept me informed throughout, turned up when they said they would, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. They are such lovely, down-to-earth and wholesome people, and it was a pleasure having them in my home. It’s so refreshing to find a local family business that you can completely trust. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable and friendly boiler/heating engineers. Thank you so much for making what could have been a stressful situation feel completely hassle-free!
