Premier Heating couldnt have given me a better service. I needed a boiler check asap for a house sale, and Matt came with his colleague and discovered a problem with the boiler, but came back the next day with the part, fitted it with no delay and I had the certificate minutes afterwards! A fantastic price as well. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

Matt was absolutely fantastic! He serviced my boiler thoroughly and even took the time to check a radiator that wasn’t working — then fixed it on the spot without charging extra. He offered genuinely helpful advice and was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout. I couldn’t be happier with the service. I highly recommend Matt and Premier Heating.

Matt arrived on time to service my boiler. He was smart and pleasant to deal with and the price he charged was very reasonable. I also had a problem with a bathroom tap which he investigated. I would definitely use Premier Heating again.

Great experience with Premier Heating. From the get-go Communication was excellent, I received booking confirmation via email & text, reminders sent & notification given of exact arrival time. The Costs were clearly explained upfront, so no unexpected surprises which I really appreciated the transparency. (I had my boiler serviced & bath taps replaced. I received an invoice & boiler report including the readings). Super polite, friendly & respectful of my home. The experience was stress free. Thoroughly impressed and will most definitely use Premier Heating again.

Matt fixed an issue with my underfloor heating and serviced my boiler. His communication was great, he even offered assistance over the phone on the first issue, before resolving it when a visit was necessary. He got on with the job, no fuss, he was efficient and reliable. His pricing is competitive and he is very knowledgeable. I hope to use him for all plumbing and heating issues going forwards. Highly recommended.
