After a burst hot water pipe left my home requiring significant repair & insurers leaving me to source my own tradespeople for various jobs I would never have been able to figure out, I contacted Martin to ask for direction & clarity on what needed done. To say Martin went above & beyond is an understatement. Not only did he agree to take on the project fully, but he was in communication with my insurers to negotiate an acceptable amount for work needing done. On top of that, the trades people he sourced were not only reliable, but incredible at what they did. Martin’s communication on what was needing done & when it was getting done was top-tier. He kept me well within the loop throughout the project & not once did I feel concerned, only reassured. This boy is a credit to QTS! A special mention needs to go to the painter, Dibbsy, they have working with them. It’s not a skill he has, it’s a gift. The work he put into making the amount of work done was phenomenal. Again, someone who went well above & beyond to what was needing done. The man could ruin my life & I’d still defend him as the best painter in Scotland. I was ecstatic with the work he put into making. Honestly, the maximum 5 stars are not enough. These guys perform miracles!
