QTS fast tracked my need to remove the bath and install a shower in readiness for my husband’s discharge from hospital. Plumber and Joiner were exceptional and the work was completed in a day. Five stars are well deserved.

We had a replacement Heat Pump (ASHP), installed by QTS and the service was nothing less than outstanding. The ASHP was fitted in just 1 day as the engineers worked tirelessly even right through very rainy conditions at times. We did encounter some initial issues integrating the new ASHP with our existing internal electrical control system, however this was not the direct fault of QTS. I sent an email to QTS at 6.30am one morning to let them know that the system had failed just after installation and at 8.15am the same morning I had the Operations Director, a heating engineer and an electrician arrive to troubleshoot the issue which was resolved within the hour. You just don't receive service like this anymore! From the initial reply to my enquiry, subsequent site inspection and instal it was just around 3 weeks, so you don't need to wait months for your install, unlike many of the other companies I contacted (15 in all with a 50mile radius of Perth). You should also be aware that QTS are very competitive priced without compromising on the quality of the equipment or level of service. We requested a Mitsubishi ASHP which is arguably the best on the market in terms of efficient & reliability, which QTS were happy to supply. This review should save you hours of work in contacting lots of suppliers, waiting for them to get back to you, organising site visits, waiting on quotations, researching the best supplier etc. So if you are considering having an ASHP installed, which I would highly recommend, then you must use QTS as it impossible to find a better installer!

Luxurious bathroom instal, very professional at all times, kept fully up to speed on works completed and the forecast for future works. Very tidy cleaned up every day and laid protective coverings for the carpets and flooring that they were accessing. The various tradesmen were extremely friendly and the final outcome was outstanding, very pleased indeed and would highly recommend QTS for all your home renovations and future works.

I have had QTS suppy and fit new kitchen worktops and sink and install a new shower and water tank. Both installations were carried out very proffesionally without any issues. Very reliable and helpful and would not hesitate to recommend for both quality of work and excellent value.

In my opinion, the whole team who were involved in the refurb of my flat has been second to none. I'd recommend Q T S Contracts Ltd for their expertise and professionalism. The level of workmanship, mannerism and respect was welcomed and very much appreciated.
