I had the misfortune to arrange an appointment with this company. Appointment originally booked at 8am. Day before the appointment, I rang to confirm the details. I was informed the time was now 9am. At 10.25 I received a message, stating the technician was on his way. 12.05 still no sign of technician and no message. When I rang to inquire about the poor service. I was told the technician had been to the house at 10.30 and found nobody home. As there were four people in the property, I find it difficult to believe we are all deaf. Perhaps the technician wanted an early finish, it was Friday after all. Very disappointing. Company needs to lift it's customers service.

I recommend this business to anyone. Richy, Donn a and the two gentlemen who installed a new boiler and re routed my gas supply, which, I.must say was a challenge. The workmen were punctual, hard working, kind, polite, and worked tirelessly to get my heating and water back on.they never stopped.. (coffee and biscuits may have helped)their standard of work is second to none, and would like to take this opportunity to say a big big THANK YOU.
