Absolutely fantastic company
I had the misfortune to arrange an appointment with this company. Appointment originally booked at 8am. Day before the appointment, I rang to confirm the details. I was informed the time was now 9am. At 10.25 I received a message, stating the technician was on his way. 12.05 still no sign of technician and no message. When I rang to inquire about the poor service. I was told the technician had been to the house at 10.30 and found nobody home. As there were four people in the property, I find it difficult to believe we are all deaf. Perhaps the technician wanted an early finish, it was Friday after all. Very disappointing. Company needs to lift it's customers service.
Richard and steve are Very friendly, hard-working men complete the work in time and we were be able to call them for emergency work during out of hours aswell. They lookafter my surgery building heating and boiler needs and in my home in cardiff aswell for the last 20 years Dr rajan ,Bedwas and caerphilly
