Excellent service from start to finish. I called about getting a Tado system installed. Chad responded quickly and was able to come out and complete the installation the very same day. He was really communicative and updated me about his ETA which was really helpful. He was very professional, friendly, and had a great manner throughout the installation. He explained clearly what he was doing, fixed the boiler pressure and took the time to show me what to look out for on my boiler moving forward, which I really valued. The work was done efficiently, everything works perfectly, and the price was very competitive. I’d definitely recommend him and will be keeping him in mind for any future jobs. Thanks again Chad!

Absolutely brilliant service. I’d just moved into a new flat and had no idea what was wrong with my heating and hot water system. I called last minute in what was basically an emergency and he went out of his way to fit me in first thing the next morning. He was incredibly friendly, professional and clearly very knowledgeable, especially with heat pumps. He spent time properly analysing the system, was on the phone to the heat pump manufacturer to diagnose the issue, sourced the parts and then came back the same day to fix everything. This was something no one else had been able to figure out for four days, and he resolved it all within a single day. Very efficient, went above and beyond, and very reasonably priced. Genuinely a great guy and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing plumbing or heat pump work in East London or Essex.

I called RapidHeat247 to make an appointment for a boiler service and a thermostat check (the hot water was working, but the c/h wasn't). They are based not far from me and had great reviews here. After a false start (I think that my appointment was lost!), GP came around on the following day. After a detailed inspection, he gave me his diagnosis of all the problems with the boiler. He explained them clearly and gave me an idea how much it would cost to fix them. He then suggested the option of fitting a new boiler - this would likely be more efficient than the (very) old one, would include a system flush and a 10 year guarantee. After weighing up the costs and benefits of the two options, I went for a new boiler. This was on Saturday - on Monday, GP returned and fitted the new boiler! Best of all, it was just before the temperatures dropped in the middle of November! GP was polite and efficient and didn't hesitate to answer my ignorant questions about what he was doing! I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again or recommend them! Ps, I had a Vaillant boiler installed, rather than one from Worcester Bosch as the owner mentioned in the response - not that matters, of course!
