Brilliant from the first contact. Detailed and careful explanations of the system, running and the costs. 12th January start date given and the whole team arrived at 9:15 despite grim weather. 16 panels, Inverter and battery system up and running by midday on 15th. Scaffolders returned 22nd. Support continues to get the documentation sorted as well as how to efficiently manage the system into the future. Delighted to have had such a dedicated and efficient team.

Absolutely incredible company. We have had the most amazing solar and battery system installed by Reliable Renewables. They only ever use the absolute best equipment and most importantly they know exactly how to set up the system so that it works as it should! Nicola has been absolutely amazing and has constantly stayed in touch to make sure we are getting the very most out of our system. Mick and his team at Reliable Renewables have done an amazing job for us. They are friendly and professional, and since the initial installation, we have brought them back many times to add extra solar panels, batteries, and inverters. We have a great relationship with the team, and they are kind and responsive when tech questions and challenges arise. Nicola even calls us to share ideas about how we can change the configuration to save and generate more money from our system. My main motivation for this system was environmental (Gas gone permenently!!), however the economic benefits are even greater than I expected If you don't have a solar/battery system yet, what are you waiting for? The Reliable team is very popular, so you might need to wait a little, but they are worth it and I am really happy with their support and care.

How do I know you’re properly qualified and certified to install heat pumps?
We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
Can you tell me if a heat pump is actually suitable for my home?
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
What type and size of heat pump will you recommend for my property, and why?
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
