Brilliant from the first contact. Detailed and careful explanations of the system, running and the costs. 12th January start date given and the whole team arrived at 9:15 despite grim weather. 16 panels, Inverter and battery system up and running by midday on 15th. Scaffolders returned 22nd. Support continues to get the documentation sorted as well as how to efficiently manage the system into the future. Delighted to have had such a dedicated and efficient team.

Mick and his team at Reliable Renewables have done an amazing job for us. They are friendly and professional, and since the initial installation, we have brought them back many times to add extra solar panels, batteries, and inverters. We have a great relationship with the team, and they are kind and responsive when tech questions and challenges arise. Nicola even calls us to share ideas about how we can change the configuration to save and generate more money from our system. My main motivation for this system was environmental (Gas gone permenently!!), however the economic benefits are even greater than I expected If you don't have a solar/battery system yet, what are you waiting for? The Reliable team is very popular, so you might need to wait a little, but they are worth it and I am really happy with their support and care.

From enquiry to installation and beyond we found Reliable Renewables to be informative and very helpful. From day of installation in June 2022 all questions and queries have been dealt with speedily and to our satisfaction. Staff and management go the extra mile to help or find a resolution to any issues that occurred. We would recommend Reliable Renewables to anyone considering Solar installations.

For the last two years Reliable Renewables have been carrying out work at my property from the initial installation of a 6.24 kw solar system and a 10kwh hour battery system which works great to then adding another battery and energy diverted to heat the hot water to my final peace of the puzzle adding another 2.8 kw of solar and an EV charging point , I can’t thank the people at Reliable Renewables enough for the standard of work has been excellent, they have all been so friendly and helpful and professional in all aspects of dealing with them I would highly recommend this company to anyone who’s interested in Renewable energy and going down the same route as I have.
