Had heat pump serviced. Engineer was on time, polite, professional and tidy. Would fully recommend to use 😊😊
We are super impressed by Roland Hill, who were assigned to us by OVO to install solar panels. I work full time on night shifts so I booked annual leave, hoping that the work could be done while I was off. I was very grateful that it was. The company were very considerate in organising this. The team were all exceptionally professional, courteous and worked to a high standard. We are also delighted with the results.
The pricing was extremely high for the work involved. If you’re considering installing renewable energy equipment, I would strongly recommend getting quotes from other providers, as mainstream energy companies are offering similar installations at roughly half the cost. It feels as though the pricing structure factors in what the job might cost as a cash installation, then adds the grant amount on top—meaning there’s little to no real saving for the customer. That said, I do want to highlight that Karen was very helpful throughout the process and provided good customer service.
