I can't thank Shanks Plumbing enough; they installed a heat pump in my old Stone croft house. They were incredibly flexible with dates and very understanding when I was messed around quite a bit by the funding body for the grants. Nothing was too much bother and they were always super quick in answering any questions. On the day, a team of 8 guys came and installed the system within 2 days. They were all lovely, and despite the install being quite awkward due to the type of house, they finished super quickly and with no mess. They left upstairs better than it was when they arrived! Going from storage heaters and a freezing house to a now very, very cozy home has been wonderful, and my electricity usage has plummeted despite coming into colder months! Highly reccomend and will for sure call on them next time I need any work done!

Fantastic service from the guys this week fitting our new heat pump. They worked like trojans and left the place spotless despite 2 days of hard work. Absolutely delighted with the heat pump and the before and after service. The differencec is noticeable already on day 1. Thank you so much.
Called the office yesterday 2pm for a kitchen tap replacement request for my occupied holiday let on the island. Stunned guests contacted me at 6pm to say the tap had been replaced. Great job and great service. Thanks Billy.
Did a brilliant job of replacing old small bore plastic central heating pipes, replacing it all with lagged copper tubing . Also replaced all downstairs radiators (10) with new valves and one towel rail. Made a great job of clearing up on completion. The team of plumbers were great , did a wonderful job kept us informed as work progressed , wonderful cheerful group. We thoroughly recommend Shanks Plumbing and renewables,
