Do NOT allow these people to work on your home because when things go wrong which they will, they are not interested in repairing correctly. This is the mess they left my 83 year old mom’s house in after drilling through her kitchen wall and not telling her. I contacted them and asked for it to be repaired, these pictures are what she’s left with after two attempts at the repair. They have no compassion for an elderly lady and will turn up unannounced to just bodge. The repair patch area is getting bigger every time they attend and I’m now told it will take at least another two visits to rectify. My mom does NOT want these totally unprofessional people back in her home because she feels very anxious of them turning up unannounced and poor work. If you look at previous reviews it clearly shows how they handle situations like this,to put it bluntly they simply don’t care about the properties they are working on or the people that live there. Update to your reply below. In all due respect you are fully aware of the standard of repair as seen in your response to my WhatsApp messages, pictures added. You have made no attempt to repair this correctly, your actions from the onset are nothing but an embarrassment to your company that has left an elderly lady in tears. It’s all well and good giving a response to this review to make out you care, however in reality this isn’t the case. After a message from Lee yesterday I asked him to do the rite thing and sort it out correctly, and I’ve heard nothing since. I’ve no need to call you I’ve already don’t that on numerous occasions to no avail, you have my contact number so you are however welcome to call me. I will of course give another update on how it’s handled going forward. Update 23/02/26 Have heard absolutely nothing from this company, but they have however removed their response that made out they care. They have also today reported my factually correct Trustpilot review in the hope of it being removed, unfortunately for them Trustpilot reviewed it and found no problems so it is back up, have added a picture of this too.

They didn't come the day they were ment to with no headups they spoke to use with disrespect blaming each other. We have verbally warned them the roof is unsafe and has leaking problems yet they insist they must use the roof instead of going through the front door. They weren't even bothered to even knock on the door to inform us they weren't going to do it on the set day which we canceled plans for to be in and we had to go down the road to speak to them.

They didn't turn up the first day for cavity wall insulation and said they would make my parents 1st call the following day . Had to chase the office at 11 am ,as they hadn't arrived . They eventually turned up half an hour later , they were taken from another job and were redirected! Worryingly, they didn't take any measurements internally before drilling... they drilled through into the kitchen, causing damage and under the sink . They missed a major electrical cable by an inch or so . See attached photos (I've screenshot videos) . Their boss , Lee , was supposed to be turning up on site to assess and advise , guess what ... no show . Avoid this company at all costs EDIT 14.8.25 The edited response from the owner is complete fabrication. Yes , phone calls were conducted, but as yet , the damage has not been rectified. In fact , Lee Dixon , the manager, was supposed to be at the property today at 11am. to discuss the schedule for repairs to the damage caused by his workers . He didn't turn up and didn't have the decency to call to cancel ! This company cares little for customer service... look at the reviews and make your own mind up . You don't get either 5 or 1 star reviews , a cynical person may suggest the 5 star reviews are also fabricated .

Come to take the cavity out of the walls and ended up with loads of it in my kitchen. Went all in my toaster and get my food. Which I had to throw away. They said they would clean the mess up. But it’s everywhere. Even in my kitchen draws I have asthma they wanted to take the toaster to get it professionally cleaned. I’m refuse this at the start. As well as had to pay someone to clean for me. And then today they turn up with the same toaster, which I am petrified Of having back due to it, May Set fire. And I end up with cavity in my bagels or bread. They are really not understanding and totally do the opposite of what you require. I’m dreading that they still have to come back and still put the insulation in yet. Who would be happy with knowing insulation has been in their toaster. I was also told that someone would come in the house for 10 minutes To check that everything would be okay. No one came in until it wasn’t okay.

I was advised that Shropshire Green Energy Centre were a reliable company and if they couldn’t do what I wanted they would say so! Lee came early on a Saturday morning to survey our house for installation of cavity wall insulation. I had been researching this for some time and had 2 online quotes (without on site survey!). House was built in 1984, had a thermal imaging scan and others to look at it. Within 5 minutes Lee easily identified (without drilling any holes) that the house had the cavity filled during construction with quality rock wool. He was very friendly, helpful and honest and said the cavity was already filled with quality material and he would get the survey fee reimbursed, which he did. Many, many thanks Lee and Shropshire Green Energy. If ever I need a Green energy issue dealing with again. Shropshire Green Energy will definitely be my first port of call.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know you’re properly qualified and certified to install heat pumps?

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).

Can you tell me if a heat pump is actually suitable for my home?

We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.

What type and size of heat pump will you recommend for my property, and why?

We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.

What will the full installation cost be, and what’s included in your quote?

Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

Can you help me access government grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme?

Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.

How much disruption should I expect during installation, and how long does it take?

A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.

Will I need to replace my radiators or upgrade anything else in my home?

After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.

How noisy is the outdoor unit and where will it be installed?

Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.

What warranties, servicing and aftercare do you provide?

You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.

What running costs and savings can I realistically expect compared to my current boiler?

We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
