SL Energy helped us recently when we had a broken central heating thermostat - which left us without heating over the weekend. We contacted them over the weekend and they called us back early on Monday morning to arrange for an engineer to visit us. We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
