Richard and his team were fantastic, from front of house and administrator Zoe who was very pleasant to the team of Richard, Jeryl, Jake, Cameron and Tom. Heat pump expertly and friendly designed and architected. When it came to the installation the team were on time every day, clean, good natured, friendly, consultative and the standard of workmanship was excellent. You cannot go wrong here if you are choosing Richard and the team - this is a proper outfit. Wouldnt go anywhere else now, even for servicing as i trust these guys.

Smiths Heating Services have worked on various jobs for us for years and we have always been very satisfied with their work. Their installation of our boilers was first class. They do the annual service of the boilers and also stepped in at short notice to identify and rectify a heating problem for our daughter as well as installing a new boiler for her. They have also carried out bathroom refurbishment and general plumbing work for us, always to a consistently high standard. Richard leads this family business with great professionalism and integrity, which is also reflected in the attitude of the rest of the team. They are invariably reliable and courteous and always work efficiently and tidily. Richard has proved to be immensely knowledgeable about all things heating and plumbing, an expertise which filters down through the company, particularly to his son, Tom, who has also been quick to develop their knowledge and expertise relating to technological advances in their industry. In my experience they correctly identify our needs as customers and seek to provide the best solution possible, always communicating clearly and calmly, which I very much appreciate.

Smiths recently undertook a job fitting all the plumbing and a water heater for our company making Shepherds Huts. Although it was quite a complex job and new for them they were amazingly patient and helpful throughout the build and great to work with. The end result is fantastic both in it's function and looks.
