Great service, never respond to emails. I have worked with Richard and team for years now both on a new boiler, and regular servicing. Unfortunately their back office needs work. I have been chasing them on some work that needs doing for a year, and they keep promising to get back to me and never do. At this point I assume they don't want my custom.
Richard and his team installed my boiler and heating system back in 2012. The boiler is still going strong and thankfully never had any issues. Runs like new! One of the engineers comes out every year to do the service and It’s great to see the business is going strong. The service is always thorough with clear explanations of what they are doing and why they are doing it. The engineers always leave a tidy job, always very polite and the cost is very reasonable. I can’t recommend the Smith Heating team enough.
Richard and his team were fantastic, from front of house and administrator Zoe who was very pleasant to the team of Richard, Jeryl, Jake, Cameron and Tom. Heat pump expertly and friendly designed and architected. When it came to the installation the team were on time every day, clean, good natured, friendly, consultative and the standard of workmanship was excellent. You cannot go wrong here if you are choosing Richard and the team - this is a proper outfit. Wouldnt go anywhere else now, even for servicing as i trust these guys.
Excellent service. Great communication.
Very good service and friendly engineers
