Emma can round in Monday for a gas check. What a lovely cheerful lady . She was like a breath of fresh air in the house !
I really miss this company as my gas servicing company. As a disabled resident who has been a victim of crime at the hands of a male perpetrator, I couldn't have asked for a more understanding and considerate engineer when this company was responsible for maintaining my gas and boiler. They sent the same engineer each year when my service was due so I became familiar with him and my anxiety was massively reduced by his presence. I don't know if that was intentional or not because I never requested that. The engineer would announce and explain what he was doing before moving through my home and then given me a breakdown of what he'd found and what I should avoid doing to avoid putting unnecessary strain on my boiler. Since Lewisham Council replaced this company with the evil that is Smyth and Byford, every year my boiler develops a new issue. It surprises me that S&B have higher ratings because their reviews highlight their failure to accommodate or just provide a consistent and good level of service to disabled and vulnerable customers. If I could pay QHS privately to continue maintaining my boiler so that I never have to deal with S&B again, I would. Missing you loads QHS, and sadly I can't even remember the name of my old engineer but hope both you and he and doing well ☺️☺️
1* I had some work done they did a poor quality job not recommended made a huge mess
Had 2 radiators fitted friday, heard a load bang in the night hall one falling off the wall, called early this morning said they will send out someone today to make safe still nobody has turn up. Britsh gas went though this company. second bloke who turn up late and left very early to start his weekend if flooding happens i will also complain to british gas.
Andrea is the worst manager I’ve spoken to, no care for my complaint, this place needs an immediate update.
