Mark , Lewis and Alfie did an excellent job . Arrived just after 8.30 finished before 12 . They where efficient , totally professional and respectful. It was an absolute pleasure to have them working for us. They put heavy duty worktop protectors down where needed ,where extremely tidy took away old boiler, and all packaging and tidied up after themselves. Mark took the time explained and showed us how to do waterpressure ,water and temperature,showed us how to use portable contoller and answered our questions even though we had the booklet. We would also like to thank Paul the Engineer who came and did survey and lady in office messaging us via text keeping us updated. Everyone we came into contact with where great. Thank you very much .

Really nice lads, Ste & Danny, so accommodating & friendly. Total Northern humour. I was told couldn’t have dogs in the house & I couldn’t put in the car as minus 1, they were crated & infact they came to say “hello & goodbye” to them. I was so worried that they’d say “No” but they were fantastic! Were here just before 8, I wasn’t ready but didn’t make me feel bad & were discreet, just cracked on. Boiler installed so quickly, neatly & efficiently, informed me of all I needed to know, & bless them even mended my door the boiler is housed in. Great Company & couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thank You.

Rude, forgot to order scaffolding required, sloppy work, radiator cover left not fitting, 2 radiators not working after 'job was complete', only instructions given for 5 minutes to work controls(on/off/temp). No servicing details given. Missed appointments.. Severe lack of communication. Broken roof tiles caused by scaffolding. Husband had to patch up at midnight as no one told us about the damage

Had my boiler fitted yesterday by Steven & Danny. Very happy and no complaints at all. Speedy and professional. Cleaned up to a very high standard and explained everything clearly. Also fixed my tap which was leaking, nothing to do with the boiler, just fixed it without me asking. 100% recommend. Great guys, good fun, couldnt ask for anything more. Sara

We had a brand new boiler installed yesterday and it is working great. The two Guys Steve and Daniel were brilliant, friendly courteous, and very knowledgeable. We are SO pleased thank you SO much South Rings God bless your business. Pauline Paterson.
