I thought the underfloor heating was leaking. Lee from LE Heating came the next day. Examined, checked the boiler, manifold and outside. Ruled out a leak. Diagnosed air bricks being too low/patio too high so outside water dampness or ingress. Explained clearly the problem. Prompt, professional and helpful. Recommended.

Boiler developed an issue overnight that I could no fix, so no heating or hot water. Called LE Heating first thing and Lee was around by 10am. Diagnosed fault and gave phone number for Vaillant warranty (they only speak to property owner) with description of fault. Outcome is Vaillant turning up today to replace pump. Without Lee's comprehensive understanding not only of Vaillant boilers, but also of Vaillant UK as a business, it is likely this would have taken at least a week to resolve. Excellent customer focus and knowing best way to get fixed
