Work with the guys from Southern Counties on a regular basis. Great team and company. Always go above and beyond to help in any way they can. I have worked with them on personal projects and recommend them for any residential projects which I am involved with. Would highly recommend.
I recently had a heat pump installed by Southern Counties Heating and Plumbing LTD and would highly recommend them. My home previously had electric heaters, and Lloyd and the team were excellent in helping me upgrade to a heat pump. They also secured the relevant government grant, which made a significant difference to the overall cost. Communication was great throughout, and I was kept well informed at every stage. The installation was carried out quickly and efficiently, and the team were reliable, professional, and left everything clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
Incorrectly installed boiler flue and still signed it off as being safe, even though there was the potential of it being dangerous and against regulations. No response from company regarding this even though I've tried to contact for the past 2 weeks. BEWARE!!!
Have used for years on all my projects. Great team
