Chris was a very polite, professional and helpful engineer. He serviced my air source heat pump, found some problems, and fixed them. He showed me how to set my water heating on timer... Very helpful, very happy with the service. I will be using Star Plumbing for the annual service.
Lovely people to do business with.
We called Star after a different plumber had left us with a poorly fitted boiler. Star Sorted the problem quickly and were very thorough in ensuring the gas boiler was safe. They were quick to come out, extremely professional but also very friendly and approachable. They cleared up after themselves and respected our home. This is how trades people should be. I will definitely be using Star in the future and would thoroughly recommend them.
Good quality work from the team. We were kept up to date with progress and consulted on any changes. I would highly recommend Star plumbing for Amy major work like boiler and Air Pump installation.
Having phoned the company 3 times, every time the secretary said they would speak to Tim and get back to me, one week later I am still waiting! Having ran my own business for 30 years in the building trade, I know first impressions mean a lot. If you are new to the area like me, and need a plumber, take your money elsewhere. Great shame as they were recommended by my neighbours.
