We recently had a heat pump installed by Aleks and his team, and we are absolutely delighted with the result. The installation was conducted with utmost professionalism, and their attention to detail was impressive. Aleks's expertise really shone through, especially when addressing some minor initial issues, ensuring everything was running smoothly. In addition to the seamless installation, the cost savings have been significant. Thanks to our prior investment in solar and battery technology, and the advantage of cheap overnight electricity rates, this heat pump operates at half the cost of our old gas boiler. This has not only made our home more comfortable and controllable but also more energy-efficient. And best of all, no more gas from Putin! Looking ahead, we anticipate even more benefits, especially with the advent of electric cars supporting Vehicle-to-Home (V2H) technology. This will further integrate our home's energy system, maximizing efficiency and sustainability. The foresight and quality of work by Aleks and his team have positioned us well for these future advancements. We highly recommend their services to anyone considering a heat pump installation. Truly an excellent job!

Alek and his team installed UFH, a central hot water and radiator system and an 10KW heat pump in my renovation project. They were reliable, honest and helpful throughout the project. Would not hesitate to recommend Alek and his team!

We had a new 10 KW heat pump installed by Aleks. As part of a major renovation and extension of the ground floor in our 1930's semi-detached house, Aleks designed the system, including a Vaillant 10 KW heat pump, a new 300 L hot water cylinder, underfloor heating throughout all the ground floor, new plumbing of the upper floors and installation of new double-panel radiators. This allowed us to completely remove our gas boiler and gas meter at home. We have been very happy about his service, he provided top quality heating with professionalism and technical competency. The heating system is working like a charm giving us great comfort at home.

We had an air source heat pump fitted. Aleks and team were up to date, competitive, and punctual though he is busy and we had to wait a while. They were professional and tidy doing the work and the system works well. He has good subcontractors for electrics and carpentry where needed.

When my previous boiler recently broke down during a very cold period of weather Alexander at Supreme heating literally came to the rescue. We were seen on the same day as our first call for an initial consultation, and needing a replacement boiler and water tank (which I knew was imminent) we were then prioritised over less urgent work - this meant that approximately 72 hours from the first call, we had a full replacement system installed. Alexander and everyone at Supreme were a pleasure to work with, they were extremely pleasant, but more importantly advised us expertly and honestly from the very first interaction, keeping us well informed throughout the entire process. The job itself was carried out very efficiently, professionally and with great care taken throughout to minimise the inevitable dirt or disruption to rest of our house during the replacement, with the eventual installation very neat and tidy. I will continue to use Supreme for all of our boiler work and can’t recommend them highly enough.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know you’re properly qualified and certified to install heat pumps?

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).

Can you tell me if a heat pump is actually suitable for my home?

We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.

What type and size of heat pump will you recommend for my property, and why?

We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.

What will the full installation cost be, and what’s included in your quote?

Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

Can you help me access government grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme?

Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.

How much disruption should I expect during installation, and how long does it take?

A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.

Will I need to replace my radiators or upgrade anything else in my home?

After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.

How noisy is the outdoor unit and where will it be installed?

Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.

What warranties, servicing and aftercare do you provide?

You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.

What running costs and savings can I realistically expect compared to my current boiler?

We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
