Very honest and helpful when looking around for a company for solar panels, explain everything so easily and give us assurance we made the right decision to go with surge renewables. Very quick in completing the job, very tidy job too and setting up the system was explain real well
The installation was professionally carried out by competent and pleasant people. I was happy with the work and the quality of the materials used. However, after sales service is poor. G Mc Menamin
We had a fantastic experience with Surge Renewables. The team was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything was tailored exactly to our needs. Installing solar panels through them has been one of the best financial decisions we've made—delivering far better returns than any savings account. We're now able to charge both our electric cars and live off-grid during power outages thanks to the battery backup. It was especially reassuring to see Andrew, the business owner, so hands-on throughout the process—something you don’t often get and greatly appreciated.
The experience with Surge was very good. Initial consultation set out all our options very clearly. They turned up when they said they would, they took as long as they said they would, and they left no mess. Installation has been brilliant so far, of course it helps that we've had 2 weeks of glorious sunshine.
Good installation but terrible after sales service. Very frustrating. Over the past year there was a significant effort from the support team to improve their after sales service. For this I am grateful and hopefully this improvement will continue.
