The most unprofessional experience. Book dates; then cancel them, again and again. At a loss of earnings now. And our house is upside whilst waiting for them. Never again.
Absolute jokers. Under government scheme they installed a few things: 2 new fans for kitchen and bathroom. 4 people came and it took them 3 hours!!! The parts were dirty( guessing resued) and they left dirty fingerprints all over the walls. Had loft insulation done, they were done within an hour, no inspection done. They then left all the surplus materials in the front garden and said " someone" will collect later. Of course no one did. The number they ring you from doesn't work, so I cannot call them to collect their rubbish.
I have to give an honest review and IZ energy did an amazing job they went above and beyond what I initially expected. The External wall insulation looks stunning and done to an excellent standard. They installed the solar panels, battery and inverter aswell. They did alot of other improvements that I was not expecting aswell. They are even doing complimentary smart thermostats for us. Truly it's above and beyond what I was expecting. I can see there are negative reviews but they did an amazing job for us. Faisal is a great guy he is the owner and will talk to you personally and visit ect. We had a stream of people all coming over , skilled in their task getting on with the work that they are specialised in. Really felt like you were in safe hands and you were dealing with an actual professional company with standards not cowboys guessing.
