We opted for a Vaillant aroTHERM plus 12kW air source heat pump to replace our 20 year old oil fired boiler. Vaillant gave us a choice of three specialist companies to carry out a suitability study including a heat loss survey. T. Bennett Plumbing and Heating were the most responsive and following their very detailed suitability study, we gave them the contract. I have to say that the Bennett brothers, Tom and Jack both delivered to promise. They came up with a very neat and minimally disruptive means of connecting into our existing radiator and underfloor heating systems. We needed a few new radiators which they supplied and fitted as an element of the overall project. True professionals. It was refreshing to see the actual installer right from the start and not a salesperson on commission. Tom and Jack played it straight all the way through, worked like Trojans to get us up and running as fast as possible and have done a splendid job. I am very happy to recommend both them as individuals and T. Bennett Plumbing and Heating as a company.
