We had solar panels and a battery installed at our home and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the very first conversation through to installation and aftercare, Mark, Gerorge and the team were professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. The installation itself was smooth, tidy and completed on schedule. The team clearly took pride in their work and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which gave us real confidence in the system. Since installation, the system has been performing brilliantly and the battery has already made a noticeable difference to our energy usage. Any questions we’ve had have been answered quickly and clearly and customer service has been excellent throughout. If you’re considering solar, I honestly couldn’t recommend this company highly enough. A top-quality install, great communication and a team that really knows their stuff.

We requested Solar panels and storage to be installed having been recommended The Solar Co. The pre install and discussions about how many panels, size, location and battery capacity was easy, friendly and very straight forward. The day of install was staggeringly fast, starting at 8 am and completing at 4pm. As soon as the power was connected we started generating electricity despite it not being sunny. An excellent service both pre and post. One thing to note is that the setting up of the link between inverter and router was done discretely and very quickly at the time of the install. But if for any reason you change or update your router, the procedure to link the App to the system is quite complex, somewhat baffling and requires patience and a steady hand. Especially if you're doing it remotely. Happily for us, George took us through the steps one by one so we managed to reconnect everything as before.

We contracted The Solar Co. to install a new roof incorporating integrated solar panels and a solar battery. We were extremely impressed with George and Mark’s professionalism and work ethic throughout the project. They kept us regularly updated on progress, answered all our questions promptly, and always made time to discuss options and next steps. We were so pleased with the quality of their work that we subsequently engaged them for several additional projects that had been long overdue — including replacing guttering, soil stacks, and a flat roof, as well as installing a new boiler, upgrading the underfloor heating, and carrying out some internal improvements. We would not hesitate to recommend George and Mark, and have received additional compliments from our neighbours on the excellent standard of their work.

We found the Solar Company to be very response and answered all queries promptly. They were clear and concise in what they were going to do and delivered what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to it. The installation was superb and they used scaffolding that provided safe access to the roof to install the panels. They were clean and tidy and the installation was straightforward taking care of our house. A local company that were brilliant, efficient and knowledgeable.

We were recommended The Solar Co. by nearby friends who'd used them for their solar panels, and we're so glad they did. We used The Solar Co. to reinstate our entire roof (ready for solar panels) and remove an unused chimney stack, and to then install 21 panels feeding through to a Sunsynk inverter and 16kWh Fogstar battery. We're thrilled with the results. Great communication from the start and an end product that exactly matched what was described in the quote. Pragmatic solutions were proposed and agreed upon for the few inevitable issues that arose - we felt engaged and consulted with throughout. The attention to detail and pride in their work was evident at every step, and they kept in regular contact (in person, by text and by email as needed) to keep our minds at rest. All questions were answered quickly and clearly, the latter being particularly useful as we are solar novices (so had some very basic questions to address). All in all, if you're looking for a solar installation then The Solar Co. will do you proud. Thanks gents!
