I recently had a pressure pump installed for my shower, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The water pressure was extremely low before, but now it’s like a completely different system. It's powerful, consistent, and exactly what we needed. Ryan was recommended to me by some friends in Henley and I'm really pleased with his service. His reputation is earned! Highly recommend their services to anyone dealing with low water pressure.
We were very impressed from start to finish with the work Ryan did at our property, i.e. a boiler installation. He thoroughly assessed the job beforehand and took the time to discuss what our options were, patiently answering any questions we had. He is very knowledgable and advised us on the current gas safety regulations. On the day of installation, he worked efficiently and left everything clean and tidy. Our boiler is working beautifully and we are so pleased with it. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ryan, we give him 10/10!
When my boiler broke I endured 3 months without hotwater and heating. Every call to a tradesperson ended in either, "Sorry, we don't have any engineers this side of Christmas," or worse still - no reply! Then my Aunt found the contact details for Tap Tight. Now I have a wonderful new boiler that works as efficiently as Ryan! I have no doubts that the service level will be equally as reliable. Thank you Tap Tight! You come highly recommended for a reason.
Perfect job from start to finish. Ryan kept us fully informed of progress ordering our new boiler and hot water tank, he arrived whenever he said he would and completed the job on time (and the original quote was very competitive). He and Reece were exceptionally tidy, the new pipe work is very neat and all the necessary certificates and paperwork arrived promptly afterwards. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
