We had a great experience with Puzzle Plumbers. They supplied and fitted a new thermostat with remote control functionality, making it much easier and more convenient to manage the heating. The service was professional, efficient, and the installation was completed to a high standard. We really appreciate their work and would be happy to recommend Puzzle Plumbers to others.
Fantastic service once again from Puzzle Plumbers! Their engineer turned up on a Saturday in the allotted time slot to service our boiler, but found we had a leaking flue manifold so had to switch the boiler off. He said parts would be ordered on Monday and he’ll be back ASAP to fix, and then service the boiler. Puzzle Plumbers contacted me on Monday morning with a quote which I accepted, and they messaged me shortly afterwards to book the engineer in for Wednesday. Once again their engineer turned up in the allotted time slot with the replacement parts and got straight to work with fixing and servicing the boiler. I didn’t have to chase Puzzle Plumbers up at all and everything happened seamlessly. Would definitely recommend!
Great and fast service. Got a gas leak repair and safety certificate within a few hours! Highly recommend.
We had a problem with our heat pump which had stopped working and so I rang Lynne at Puzzle Plumbers. She couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. She asked me to take photos and she sent them to an engineer who was equally anxious to help. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and the issue was resolved. It was service of a high standard . Thank you.
When my regular plumber of several years inexplicably let me down, promising to do the job but then not, and not even bothering to reply to my messages, I turned to Puzzle plumbers. As a landlord, the situation with the other plumber had embarrassed me by inconveniencing my tenants. So, I was anxious when I turned to Puzzle. But Lynn was patient with my concerns, responding diligently. And the work was carried out as expected and Aaron fulfilled my special request for a photograph of it. The billing was clear, transparent and consistent from the initial quote to the final presentation of the invoice. Thanks Lynn, and Aaron for a job well done - appreciated.
