As a busy GP practice, having contractors on site can sometimes be challenging, but this team made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The work was completed to a very high standard, and we were particularly impressed by how friendly, professional, and considerate the engineers were throughout their time with us. They were a pleasure to have on site, worked efficiently with minimal disruption to our patients and staff, and represented the company exceptionally well. We would not hesitate to recommend their services and look forward to working with them again in the future.
Would highly recommend this company. Excellent service and communication, very knowledgeable and value for money. Thank you 😊
TPM were the only plumbing company who would come out to fix a problem in my bathroom days before Christmas. I didn't have to wait in all day, they arrived on time, and got the job done quickly. I've used them since to fix my boiler, when my heating failed in the morning, I called Tim, he personally called me back and got his team out the same day. His team we're great, really knowledgeable, explained what they were doing, they were transparent and honest about everything, and very professional. I'm a Marketing Manager, so I know what good service should be like! I can honestly say that I was impressed with the level of customer service from TPM, the guys are very approachable and friendly. The admin team are very quick to respond to email. However, the company doesn't have an answer/call back facility which could be frustrating for some people.
