TPM were the only plumbing company who would come out to fix a problem in my bathroom days before Christmas. I didn't have to wait in all day, they arrived on time, and got the job done quickly. I've used them since to fix my boiler, when my heating failed in the morning, I called Tim, he personally called me back and got his team out the same day. His team we're great, really knowledgeable, explained what they were doing, they were transparent and honest about everything, and very professional. I'm a Marketing Manager, so I know what good service should be like! I can honestly say that I was impressed with the level of customer service from TPM, the guys are very approachable and friendly. The admin team are very quick to respond to email. However, the company doesn't have an answer/call back facility which could be frustrating for some people.
