10/10 customer service. I choose them for the price, and because the installation was simple and other companies are charging an eye from the face just to install a heat pump, to an existent heating installation. Alex and Phill are very good professionals, attentive, deal with the dates, fix things and send mails even Saturday night and Sundays. 10/10 for a starting company. The engineers were good, same professionals and they didnt look away when I have a radiator leak, they fixed (for free) in order to finish the installation on time. All in all the system has to be purged and tested to work etc so may delay to work, but is normal when you deal with a 50 years old house, air in radiators etc. They are good pople and would recommend. Compare with Octopus who lied to me, telling me will install a r290 heat pump and days after told me that they just install r320, worst pump and more expensive, and not flexible with the installation. So I compared 4 or 5 companies and this looks the best, and was right.

Choosing Alex and his team for my heat pump installation has resulted in a thoroughly exhausting and disappointing experience marked by incompetence, structural errors, and ongoing project mismanagement. Right from the beginning, the team provided flawed design advice regarding zone setups, which forced me to step in and micromanage the engineering details directly with the supplier. The physical workmanship and planning were equally concerning. They attempted to run the system without an external buffer tank, completely bypassing the proper design parameters, which immediately caused flow rate errors and forced a total system shutdown during testing. Project management was practically non-existent. Alex completely forgot to schedule tradespeople for critical, pre-agreed deadlines, which severely delayed my flooring contractors. Furthermore, the team lacks basic quality control—I personally had to point out to them that they had installed a circulation pump backwards. The final remedial work to correct the zoning errors left my utility space cluttered with a messy, poorly planned network of criss-crossing pipes. To make matters worse, their unprofessionalism continues long after the installation. My initial contract explicitly guarantees a 2-year post-install period of waived-charge annual maintenance. Now that the first year's service is due, Alex is continuously deflecting and dodging booking dates with vague excuses instead of just securing an engineer. Failing to perform this required annual service severely risks voiding the manufacturer's warranty. I strongly advise anyone looking for a reliable, competent, and legally compliant heating installer to look elsewhere. Update: I am updating my previous review to reflect a significant and very welcome turnaround in Alex’s service. While our initial installation journey last year was admittedly quite rocky—involving some design missteps, coordination delays, and technical adjustments that required close oversight—Alex has completely stepped up to make things right. After seeing my concerns regarding the first year's annual maintenance (which is guaranteed in my contract), Alex reached out immediately and scheduled a service visit for the very next day. The engineer did a thorough, professional job with the maintenance, ensuring my manufacturer's warranty remains fully intact. Furthermore, the engineer took the initiative to neatly adjust the condenser drain pipe so that water now drains away from the patio perfectly. While the initial setup phase had its fair share of headaches, the outstanding accountability, speed, and quality of service delivered this week prove that Alex genuinely cares about long-term customer satisfaction. He has truly come around, and I am happy to recommend his team based on this excellent post-install support.
