Amazing installation by Brandon and the rest of the team. Really neat job and they took the time to explain what they needed to do each day and were extremely courteous and respectful of our home.
The service we received from Trusted Energy Solutions was excellent. Communications from the office staff, Emma, were rapid and informed making sure we knew what was going on. The heating engineer, Bastian, was knowledgeable, worked hard to identify the problem with our Vaillant Heat Pump system and was on time and reliable for planned visits. He provided contact details for Vaillant which was extremely helpful in enabling part of the solution to our problems. I would highly recommend this company and would be happy to use them again.
Bastion came from Trusted Energy the day after I reported a problem. He was super polite, patient and answered all my questions after fixing the problem and offered energy saving tips, nothing I asked was a problem!
