We have had the team over twice since moving into our new property for two different leaks and both times they have been incredibly efficient and professional. Their reception team are always really on the ball, too. The fact that they follow up on leaks a few days after their team has visited was a really lovely touch, too. They were also very considerate of my toddler who was always very curious about what was going on.

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
