Matt was excellent, had a job in NG1 7HL today and he was able to sort underfloor heating that no one else has been able to do for the last few years. Not only does he explain everything he is doing which is super informative and helpful, he is very thorough, makes sure that he gets the job done by double checking everything is working throughout the whole process. He cleaned the whole pipework, had a thermal camera to check over every isolated zone was working, and put in some inhibitor to keep anything from clogging up the system. Cannot recommend enough. He is professional, approachable, and is the new go-to for anything heating/plumbing related at the apartment. He saved us from having another cold winter.

I used this contractor through my estate agent, and honestly, it was a very disappointing experience. The work was unprofessional and showed a clear lack of competence. Instead of properly fixing the issue, they went for a workaround that actually made things worse. For example, my main shower was removed and replaced with two separate taps, with the excuse that the existing water inlets were too large for any mixer they could fit — which doesn’t sound like a proper solution at all. It feels like they were more focused on a quick fix rather than resolving the actual problem properly. This might be the case for jobs coming through estate agents, as their private work seems to have better reviews. Overall, the quality of workmanship was poor, and the decisions made don’t reflect good plumbing practice. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.

I had a great experience with this plumbing company after being completely let down by another one. They were incredibly helpful from the start, turned up when they said they would, and sorted the issue quickly and professionally. On top of that, their pricing was actually cheaper than the previous company I had contacted, which was a really pleasant surprise. A special thank you to Lillie, who was fantastic throughout the whole process—friendly, helpful, and made everything so much easier. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing a reliable plumber!
