Absolutely terrible service. If Leicester City Council say this company are going to undertake work on your property please refuse!!! Made a complete mess on our home. Didn't turn up on four appointments costing us money on lost earnings. Spoke to the supposed "Boss" who promised to come and rectify any problems and compensation on the following Monday only for one of his minions to turn up ...be rude and tell me the guy who was supposed to turn up the day before had gone on holiday to Greece! Job has still not been signed off by this company or the council. Now taking legal advice and booking in an independent electrician to make sure the job is actually safe. Avoid at all costs
Arrived on time very polite no problems at all
Excellent and polite two gentlemen they came to alter gas pipe so the electric oven could fit.
Zero star and try to avoid them! the work carried out by UK Gas Services Ltd on shower was terrible. The project was left incomplete and of very poor quality. Several essential items were either missing or not installed correctly. There are also multiple defects, such as poorly fitted wall panels, visible wall damage, leaking water from the shower area, incorrect basin height, and badly applied sealant. Even more concerning, the work appears to have been signed off and paid for despite these serious issues. This has left me dealing with ongoing problems that affect my daily life and health.
Scott and his fantastic assistant were wonderful, kind respectful ,and an absolute pleasure, while fitting full boiler system ,not stopping for a break ,they are an absolute credit to your organisation, I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks me ,the most professional service I have seen in years. A huge thank you from me personally...kind regards Louise
