The project involved the careful removal of the existing electrical installation, followed by the installation of a new distribution board and associated electrical infrastructure serving lighting, general power and the mechanical engineering systems throughout the floor. The scope of works also included the electrical installation serving a dedicated Communications Room, together with the power distribution required to support the office's IT and workplace infrastructure. All works were carefully coordinated with the wider fit-out programme and other trades to ensure an efficient installation and minimise delays. The project was successfully completed within the required programme and at a competitive cost, while maintaining the high standards of workmanship expected from Urban Electrical and Plumbing Limited.
