6 star service. called very short notice needed one double heater removed and two vertical designer heaters installed and a boiler service. Called the branch and arranged no hassle no fuss explained I needed it for Wednesday latest as carpet fitters coming Thursday (call Monday evening). They managed to move a few things around Reggie smart young man called me in the morning confirmed a few things and arrived one hour after he started working on the task inc removing some very expensive wooden oak flooring. Half way through Reggie called to say he finished early and he also came on site this is not what you see or hear in 2026 this is team work a gentleman man Ovi arrived and naturally speeded things up this is team work we got pizza for lunch and they went back to work. This review was not requested but thank you ••• JAS, OVI AND REGGIE!!! And anyone else involved.Brilliant attached are images if I can work it out. Would use again and will in summer for Air Conditioning!!!!!!

I had an excellent experience with Rajesh's customer service at VHL. He was professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my interaction. Rajesh took the time to understand my needs and provided clear, insightful solutions promptly. His friendly demeanor and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction truly stood out. I highly recommend VHL for their outstanding service, largely thanks to Rajesh's excellent support!

Engineer Chris came and fixed/replaced two unreliable valves on my rads. He waited outside until he thought a better time for me. So considerate - Always polite, got on with the work completely independantly and did not expect to be helped through it as others have needed. He wore shoe protectors, which is great for hygene seeing as he must be in and out of different houses. Definately happy customer here. 👌🏼

Nathan was spectacular. We had a list of things that needed repairing and replacing. He fixed faulty taps on the bathroom and the toilet float valve, he sorted a leaking tap in the kitchen, he then had the time to fix the shower diverter as well!! Brilliant service. He even stayed longer than was required. Thanks again to Nathan.

Chris Mullin who came to my home from VHL was an excellent professional engineer who was not only polite but Chris was very respectful to my home by wearing shoe coverings once he entered which I found was extremely considerate as I have toddlers running around bare foot and this was a pleasant surprise as many of the previous VHL engineers have not worn any shoe coverings into my home and I always have to mop after they leave my home. Chris fixed a new fitting into the water cylinder efficiently and was a very knowledgeable engineer. After the work was completed Chris kindly without any questions installed back the baton slat shelf which was so helpful as my previous VHL engineer refused to carry out any work if this shelf was not removed on top of the water cylinder. I am a disabled tenant and later I found out that it was not my responsibility to remove this slat shelf from the water cylinder cupboard and the previous engineer could have done this himself instead of making an issue about it on the initial day of the inspection. I highly recommend Chris as he is not only an excellent qualified skilled engineer but also an example of how an engineer should represent a company. Thank you Chris.

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
