I am so glad I appointed Lucasz (LW Pipe and his team)! I had an old ASHP decommissioned and a new ASHP with a Thermal Battery installed in 4 days. I highly recommend Łukasz as a plumber. He has helped me on a number of occasions, dealing with various issues with my old boiler, and he was always polite, prompt, and quick to find the right solution. Recently, he replaced my boiler with a new one, and I’m extremely happy with how efficient, clean, and professional his work was. On top of that, he replaced the radiator valves and cleared a blocked drainage pipe in the garden. Above all, Łukasz is very kind and respectful, always mindful when working in someone’s home. A truly reliable and trustworthy professional.

Lukasz was excellent in all his work. My requirements were quite complicated, involving the removal of a vented cylinder on one floor, the installation of a large unvented cylinder two floors away, the replacement of three radiators, and the fixing of my boiler. He helped to sort out a couple of problems I also had along the way. He was clear and patient in all his explanations as to the choices I had. I can unhesitatingly recommend him.
