Unacceptable service and complete disregard for customer time. I booked an appointment a full month in advance for a legally required inspection, yet they failed to confirm a time slot until the day of the visit. Leaving customers stranded all day with a vague, hours-long window—forcing people to take time off work—is completely ridiculous and unprofessional. They urgently need to stop wasting people's days and start providing precise, sensible time slots.
Send letters out to book in for a service and then don’t turn up on two separate occasions when taking time off work to have a service done. That’s two days wasted
Personal super ok
Not happy,, I was promised an engineer today 8th September, they took my bank details but no text no visit, no explanation
