I recommend you avoid this Company at all costs😡 My dealings with them began back in October 2025 when they were used to initially put solar panels and room in roof insulation via a grant scheme We had 2 surveys done fairly quickly but then the problems started The company Yes Energy subcontracted to went out of business but we were not made aware of this and Yes Energy lied to us as to what had happened and after 3 months of my regularly ringing them they finally called me to book in the work but advised me that we couldn’t have solar panels as there was a structural problem with my house, I can’t tell you the stress this caused me but once again it turned out that they were lying! the truth was that they only fitted large panels on the Grant Scheme and not the small ones and we didn’t actually have room for large panels so nothing to do with the structure of my home 😡 It was my understanding and it had been agreed with the surveyor that they were to insulate my loft though however, when they arrived they told me they were there to remove the radiators and wall fixtures in order to plaster the walls after fitting insulation panels to all upstair rooms, the mess this would have caused, not to mention the cost was going to be astronomical to say the least and if I didn’t now agree to that they wouldn’t be insulating my loft as previously agreed As it stands I have now been left with no contact since from Yes Energy and certainly no apology The way Ive been treated and lied to by Yes Energy is disgusting to say the least Please! do yourself a big favour and do NOT deal with this Company as they can’t be trusted
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Facing a broken boiler and a freezing house YES moved into gear and got a tremendous engineer to fit a new one in just over a week. Superb communications and service. Thanks Emerson
