Just had Rob and his team fit a new pellet stove, incredible job from start to finish, they left the place very tidy and considering we’d had a new carpet the week before, the job was all done and not a mark to be seen. I would definitely recommend this team, they were helpful, knowledgable and highly skilled. All in all a very positive experience.

We recently had a Klover pellet boiler and central heating installed for the first time in our 100‑year‑old house, and the experience was smoother than we could have expected. Rob and his team were incredibly sympathetic to the age and character of the property, taking real care to replace our previous solid fuel Aga with something more modern and efficient to provide us with heating for the whole house. With 5 adults, 3 children living in the property and another on the way, we were worried it might feel disruptive, but the team handled everything with professionalism and respect. They worked around us with minimal fuss, kept the space as tidy as possible and were always considerate of the fact that this is our home, not just a worksite. Rob kept us informed of what they would be doing and adapted plans for positions of radiators when we requested them as the installation evolved. Overall, we have been delighted with the whole process and would definitely recommended.

Rob and the team installed a wood-fired log burner with a back boiler, a large thermal store, and underfloor heating in my off grid build in Somerset. From the early stages Rob took the time to talk through different options and helped design a system that would work properly for the house. The installation was completed carefully and professionally, with great attention to detail throughout. It’s clear they have a lot of experience with these systems. There were a few teething issues with various things such as the log burner but they always came back to put things right. Now everything works exactly as intended, it's environmentally friendly and has saved so much money we’re really pleased with the result. I would definitely recommend Bywhe Renewables.
