Did a really good job installing our home battery, very helpful
We have been repeat customers for several years and have always found them to be very helpful. Just today, they attended with short notice to assist the kitchen fitters with the installation of new appliances. Excellent job, and well done.
Dissatisfied with the service: 1. When I called out an engineer to my property the engineer informed me that I should call the manufacturer as they could not fix my HEAT PUMP, even though they knew the manufacturer of my heat pump before I called WEC LTD. (Complete waste of £126.00) I paid the £126.00 invoice but WEC LTD did not do anything to resolve the problem with my HEAT PUMP !!! Waste of money, I have latter discovered their are other more helpful companies locally in Wiltshire that can assist me.
