We have had a heat pump installed to replace our old oil fired boiler. We gained in confidence in Alan from our first meeting and he always answered our questions satisfactorily. He was obviously very knowledgeable and provided very useful guidance to us. The installation went relatively smoothly and Jonathan worked very hard in the hot weather! We have had no problems with hot water since the system was commissioned. We obviously have no experience to report as yet on the effectiveness of the heating side but we are confident that the company will sort any problems that may arise in the future.

Had a SigEnergy battery install. The company has been brilliant to work with. The install, professional through out and best of all the customer service has been quick and fantastic. Highly Reccomend. Keep up the good work..😉

I’ve just got to say the team Egensys are worth more than five stars.. They supplied me with a TESLA Power Wall ll Three years ago with a Myenergi Zappy charger. The service was great and the electrician done an amazing job with all the wiring fitted inside the cavity of the house. Things have moved on and this week I upgraded to the TESLA Power Wall lll and expansion pack.. … You want anything from battery storage to solar panels to car charges to SAHP egensys, are the go to guys. I can’t place them enough.

Booked a service under a group offer advertised at £100. Additional work (glycol top-up and a small amount of pipe lagging) was quoted via email as “£100 + VAT each”, which I misunderstood as a single additional charge due to the way it was worded. The final bill came to £240, which was not clearly communicated upfront. Had the total cost been made explicit before work started, I would not have agreed to proceed. Work itself was carried out competently, but the pricing communication needs to be clearer. I would recommend others request a fully itemised total before agreeing to any additional work.

Egensys recently installed a Tesla Powerwall battery & the whole process from initial contact to installation & commissioning has been first class! Matt Baxter installed my heat pump & solar panels more than 10 years ago & both have worked perfectly since. I can personally recommend Egensys, Matt & all the team. UPDATE: The Tesla battery above was installed Nov 24 and has worked perfectly. I have just had Egensys back to install a further 8kW Solar Panels & connected in my Tesla. Another great job! We have had all our renewables from Egensys for 11 years now & it has all worked faultlessly. Amazingly, at 8am this Spring morning there was a ground frost, the sun was shining & the new solar was already generating 2kW of lovely free energy 🙂 Many thanks once again Matt, Alex & all the team.
