Excellent Service Helpful receptionist recorded details of the plumbing problem at my holiday cottage and said she would get an engineer out ASAP. About an hour later Jason phoned and I detailed the plumbing layout in the cottage and the problem. He phoned back later in the day and explained he had found the problem and sorted it out. There were German visitors in the cottage who were impressed by his manner and professional approach. This communication with the customer is very important and the engineer on this job could not have done better. All in all a very positive experience.

The rant below is still valid, but since they have been out to repair my very unreliable Alpha boiler (not supplied or fitted by them) quickly and efficiently. The engineers have all polite and friendly and done their absolute best to repair a really bad boiler. So apart from one bad experience with one person on the phone, they have been excellent. Let me down hugely. Took a day off work for an engineer to come between 12.00 and 2pm and I get a voicemail cancelling it at 6 minutes to 12.00 Absolutely no remorse from the lady on the phone, and when I complained and told her it was unacceptable, she said ok, go back to your manufacturer then I’m cancelling the order. I understand it’s minus 7 tonight so everyone has probably been giving her grief all day, but I feel she took it out on me. So myself and my 4 year old daughter are now stuckwithout heating or hot water on the coldest day of the year. They were polite and reliable when my boiler went down last time, but it was a warmer time of the year and I guess they were quieter and needed the business then.

Spoke to a lady called Lamara who was extremely rude to myself and another lady was rude to my husband. The customer service is shocking and I wouldn't recommend anyone calling them for assistance.

Jon The reason we didn't price the work for you was: 1. We couldn't fit the works into your time frame, which I did tell you when I came out to the job 2. There was no H&S in place on the job, at the time I visited 3. There were no Government Guidelines in place for COVID The safety of our staff is fore most to us & I wouldn't be prepared to send them to your site Hopefully, you will not get a visit from the HSE! We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
