Massive thank you to the guys at Eps. I had a small problem with a bath mixer tap connecter The chap helped me out , a big thank you. Very polite , very friendly and courteous. Highly recommended. Best place in town
EPS was recommended to me by my builder, the only shop you need to go to. The owner went out of his way to help and advise us, does not force you to buy anything and gives advise as if he is buying for himself. I had an issue but that was due to a problem with the supplier and not EPS, they were very helpful and recommended alternatives and constantly chasing the supplier for me and keeping me updated. Highly recommended, amazing customer service good range of products, very professional. I don’t see myself going anywhere else from now on.
Bought all furniture items for two bathroom renovations 9 years ago and Cam was able to find us replacement rollers (albeit a bit dear) for both shower doors which we struggled to find for some months. Kids are back to using their own shower! Prompt, kind and professional service.
Fantastic service from the excellent Kam at EPS. Great choice of products, straightforward advice, and helpful suggestions. Excellent communication, too, really responsive and quick. We've ended up with a gorgeous bathroom that should last us many years and it was all within budget. I couldn't recommend EPS any more highly. Thank you!
What a service we received from EPS plumbing Merchants! Me and my wife along with builder went to the showroom, straightway the owner Kam established our needs, help us to choose all the appliances for both bathrooms, delivered in time. After sales service was even better. Best in North London. Good Price Good service.
