Very good service but the price is rather large for time spent on boiler
Sadly I was not advised of price of call out which I should have double checked and was actually a total waste of time for me . Staff member was pleasant enough and on time. Would have been much better to have a conversation before the person came out but first level support perhaps not experienced enough to delve into the matter properly.
Had the pleasure of calling upon MSB on numerous occasions and can’t recommend them highly enough. They provide an excellent service, competitive rates and always go the extra mile for their customers. What really sets MSB apart is their commitment to supporting local organisations and causes in so many different ways. Their backing of grassroots sport is particularly appreciated, as the main sponsor of Helston Athletic Football Club. It’s fantastic to see a local business that not only delivers a first-class service but genuinely invests in the town and the people around it. A brilliant company and a real credit to Helston. Highly recommended!
Can’t recommend msb enough arrived prompt and on time. Did an annual service on my gas fire. The pilot was broken and took the time to explain to me what it was and how to use it. Always struggled turning it on anyway and they went through this with me. Left the area cleaner then before and cleaned the glass too. Mark was amazing. Thank you
Had 2 radiators added to my existing heating system to boost the downstairs heating. Installation was completed very neatly. Made a huge difference to the heating in my house.
