I was initially nervous about installing a heat pump in my terraced house, particularly concerned about the 10mm pipes to radiators and limited space. Active Renewables completely put my mind at ease. From the first consultation, they were incredibly understanding of all my concerns and took the time to walk me through every aspect of the installation process. Their staff were extremely helpful and remarkably fast to respond to all my questions - no matter how technical. The team's knowledge was outstanding. They expertly handled the technical challenges and delivered exceptional results - achieving an impressive 4.30 SCOP while keeping the house consistently at 21°C year-round. I also wanted constant monitoring capabilities, and they went above and beyond to fully install and help me diagnose some initial issues with OpenEnergyMonitor. Tom & team did a great job installing our air source heat pump. A challenging site with non standard installation, and so far it is performing very well. A slight issue with noise has been rectified by the addition of rubber vibration mounts and the system keeps the house at a good temperature even during the recent cold-snap. Tom has continued to be helpful for advice on fine-tuning the system and optimising performance long after initial installation. Would recommend

New Vaillant heat pump and tank installed. The very accurate pre install survey by Tom means we have exactly the right size heat pump to keep the house warm as economically as possible. Jay and Chris did a great job on the works and they were a pleasure to have around. Recommended.

Fantastic Service - Highly Recommend I couldn't recommend Tom & the Active team any higher. We had an unexpected boiler breakdown, late over the bank holiday weekend... reached out to Active Heating on their website enquiry form & Tom came straight back that evening within 30m to discuss the works. He managed to fit us in on the Tuesday for a replacemnet boiler installation, providing great advice on specification & size (kW) of boiler. His team were great, Tommy arrived promptly at half 8 and worked late to ensure the new boiler installation was all completed properly, including arranging Cadent gas engineer to visit & ensure that the regulator was working correctly for correct supply. We have great peace of mind now with the new boiler & extended warranty. Cannot thank the team enough & would recommend their services to anyone in the area. many thanks Michael
