Good first impressions from the company in the search for a heat pump + underfloor heating installation. Only option to get a proper quote was to opt for a heat loss survey (£300+) and ended up being a waste of money as the quote was way beyond initial expectations. While the support team was generally good, the main engineer was very difficult to engage with (I believe he only works part time) so it was painfully slow to get any progress refining the quote or progressing the work. Look elsewhere!
We have used Active Heating for the last few years for any issues, a boiler installation & boiler servicing and they have always been professional, prompt and friendly.
