My wife & I were blown away by how dynamic & efficient the Ask Team have been from start to finish. Within a week of our initial telephone approach, we had 2 site visits, the calculations on our home were completed & a detailed quote with the specification of our air source heat pump & hot water cylinder were received. Plus, they had initiated our Ofgen grant application. Absolutely incredible service, at a superb price too! Importantly, they were all very accomommodating & respectful of our home during the installation & follow-up checks. Excellent service from initial quote for new battery to site visit and install. Install needed existing equipment repositioning to fit new battery and the poor initial install by Eon was also corrected. Arron did a great job!

This company had completed remedial work on my solar installation, as my original installer was a waste of oxygen. Everything we agreed upon, happened as planned. No messing about, no last minute changes, excuses, cancellations etc. Scaffolding delivered one day, roofer and electrician came the other day. I feel its almost criminal that this company has got just a few reviews on here, because they've done an outstanding job. Everything was just easy and professional, was installed as per regs, safe, looks miles better and most importantly works properly! Props to the leccy guy to stayed till half past 9 on a Friday finishing the install, quoting "If you wanna do a job right, sometimes you have to stay late to do it properly". Big thanks for your professionalism and service, there's a lot of companies that do sub standard solar installs, but I can wholeheartedly recommend this one to anyone looking for an install, and I wish more people would find companies like this, truly a breeze to work with. What a great company to deal with. From my first phone call with Adam through to the installation of solar panels and battery they are a credit to the industry. No questions were left unanswered and when Adam wasn’t available Claire sorted things. The installation team are a great bunch of lads (easily bribed with coffee) and go above and beyond to ensure everything is done spot on.
