This is the second job that Premier have done for us, and as before, we found them efficient, friendly and helpful. Majid took care in his work today and we now have 2 new working towel rails, which is great. Even better, the pressure in our boiler should now be settled and back to what it should be due to the fact there is no longer a leak. We will definitely ask Premier to do more work when the need arises.

Premier Heating recently replaced our old oil boiler and oil tank with a Vaillant Air Source Heat Pump, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, their work was meticulous and professional. The project involved removing the old oil tank and boiler, installing larger pipework, replacing the water tank, adding a buffer tank in the loft, and connecting everything to the new ASHP system. Alan planned the installation to the finest detail and handled all the paperwork for us to receive the heat pump grant, which made the whole process effortless. Chris, Fin, Martin & Felix did an outstanding job on site. They were polite, respectful of our home, and their workmanship was second to none. Even the Vaillant engineer who came to carry out the final checks commented that it was one of the best installations he’d seen. We were initially nervous about making the switch from oil to a heat pump, but Premier Heating’s attention to detail and professionalism gave us complete confidence. We’re absolutely thrilled with the outcome. A huge thank you to everyone involved!

Premier replaced my 50 Gallon cold-water storage tank in the loft space after discovering a leak. Every stage from initial inspection to quote and fitting was exceptional! Premier staff were efficient, extremely polite and helpful throughout and showed a level of friendly engagement with the customer rarely found in these times. Gratitude to Sophie and Charlotte but special shoutout to Majid who went over and above to complete the work to such a high standard. I can't recommend Premier Heating Surrey LTD highly enough.
