Called at ten o'clock and Ian arrived here within one hour. Fixed the leak with fifteen minutes. Brilliant service.

Contacted them to service my boiler as they were recommended to me. Had to chase several times and when some months later, the engineer came to carry out the service - advised me that the valve needed replacing and as the boiler was obsolete at a cost of just over £600. Returned to quote for a new boiler but never issued the quote. Glad to see local businesses are busy but would rather they were honest and just said they didn't want the job, rather than waste everyone's time. We then contacted the manufacturer and they replaced the valve for less than half the price Mr Barlow quoted.
