Friendly and helpful when trying to find a toilet flush part. With their help I got the part I needed at a decent price and got the job done.
I don't know if it was the heat or just Gen Z malaise from the seeping torpor of modern day living but I didn't receive the friendly service many of the reviewers here did. What I did receive was apathy you could've sedated a bull elephant with. They didn't have the part I was after, and that's fine, it was a long shot, but what really pissed me off was their total indifference to my needs as a customer. A simple, 'Hello' or 'How can I help you' goes a long way, and I appreciate you won't have everything in stock but a simple, 'Sorry, that's not the sort of supplies we sell,' or 'You could try so and so's,' would have made me think, shame they didn't have what I need but it seems like a decent place and if I do fancy spending £120 on a complete shower when all I need is a new lever casing, this will be where I come. The two young men behind the counter seemed so detached from reality that I almost poked one of them to check he was still conscious.
I used bell plumbing yesterday as I normally use edwards a trusted well respected supplier in the industry I was served by a man called Spencer What a guy well mannered great service always smiling and a fellow villan knew his stuff and even reminded me of parts I missed off will definitely be using them again
5 star customer service & help to find the part I needed. Will definitely use again and recommend. Definitely the place to go.
